Brown University created these images from declassified, publicly available U-2 photographs Brown researchers requested and accessed through the National Archives and Records Administration. Brown grants users of this website free and open access to use these images and related materials, including the descriptive information that accompanies those images, for personal, research, or educational use. Such use may include scholarly publications. Users must attribute the images to “Brown University, U2 Aerial Photography of Egypt.”
